Chicago Police Investigate South Loop Carjacking

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A food delivery driver was dragged while holding onto his vehicle as it was being stolen.

Chicago police said the owner left his keys in the car in the South Loop near Roosevelt and Wabash. Moments later, the thief crashed the car and ran off. Fire crews on the scene said the victim refused medical treatment.
