Mayor Lori Lightfoot To Testify Before House Subcommittee On Vaccine Hesitancy

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Mayor Lori Lightfoot will testify before a U.S. House subcommittee on vaccine hesitancy.

The committee will have an in-person field hearing at Malcolm X College Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Illinois Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi will preside over the hearing, focusing on the need to build vaccine confidence and increase vaccinations in Chicago and across the country.

Lightfoot will talk about the challenges cities face.
