CBS 2 talked with one homeowner who has been living with the lead problem already for about a year.

Two men were hospitalized after an apparent road rage incident in Elgin. One of the drivers was shot. The other was stabbed, according to police.
Police said when the officer tried to help the man, the man began struggling with him, and got hold of a knife and began stabbing himself. He then approached the officer while still holding the knife, and the officer shot him.
The snow fell steadily through the evening Tuesday in Elgin, and some cars got stuck. CBS 2's Marybel Gonzalez reports.
