Cabin fever got you down? Get out and enjoy some of the best winter happenings Chicago has to offer. From sleepovers at the zoo to hockey at Soldier Field, here's a round up of 5 things to do in the city this season.

Grab your nighttime gear for a sleepover at Lincoln Park Zoo! This indoor overnight adventure begins with dinner, followed by opportunities to explore the nightlife of the zoo's residents. You'll also hear stories from zoo experts and end with a movie and bedtime snack.

You can choose to attend just the evening activities or stay for the entire program and sleep over at the zoo.

Admission: $70 - For families with children ages 5 – 12, Includes dinner and continental breakfast

Outdoor college ice hockey is coming to Soldier Field for the very first time! This one-of-a-kind doubleheader will feature four of the nation's premier men's college ice hockey programs: Minnesota vs. Wisconsin and Notre Dame vs. Miami. The puck drops Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at noon CT when Notre Dame faces off against Miami University, followed immediately by Minnesota vs. Wisconsin at approximately 3:30 p.m. CT.
