Franken Plaza takes over Daley Plaza this weekend in celebration of Halloween. Part of the City of Chicago's, "Chicagoween Celebration," Daley Plaza transforms into a haunted world of family-fun, October 25-27th. The three-day festival features performances by Midnight Circus, The Annual Monster Bash, free hayrides, trick-or-treating, crafts and more.
THE MAIN EVENTS
Midnight Circus - With performances throughout the weekend, see acrobatics in the sky, a "Demon Duo" and plenty of ghosts and ghouls.
Monster Bash – The Annual Monster Bash, features free hayrides, trick-or-treating, green screen photo-ops and Halloween arts and crafts.
Kids Costume Contest - Open to children 12 and under, enter to win prizes for the scariest, funniest and most original costume. For little ones under 24 months, there is also a best costume contest. Participating children should line up at 11:30AM. The contest begins at 12:15PM.
