III Forks Prime Steakhouse will welcome Valentine’s Day dining guests with a special “Sweetheart Menu” for two. Available now through Saturday, February 14, Executive Chef Billy Caruso will offer a three course menu that includes starter, entree and shared dessert ($155 per couple). The Lakeshore East-located prime steakhouse will feature three sparkling wine selections by the glass or bottle (Chandon Brut Classic; Chandon Sparkling Rose; Etoile Brut), hand-chosen for the romantic holiday.
Chef Caruso’s a la carte menu will also be offered. Choices include “Beginnings” (Wild Rice and Short Rib Arancini; Ahi Tuna; Shrimp Cocktail; Lamb Meatballs), salads and soup, “Beef Market” (Tomahawk Ribeye; Filet Mignon; USDA Prime New York Strip Pepper Steak; USDA Prime Bone In Ribeye), “Fish Market” (Cold Water Rock Lobster Tail; Atlantic Salmon; Chilean Seabass), “Local Favorites” (Roasted Chicken; Rack of Lamb; Citrus Cured Pork Belly; Vegetable Ravioli) and sides (sauteed spinach; roasted mushrooms; off-the-cob cream corn; lobster mac & cheese).

Menu us $60 per person/$85 beverage pairing, including vegetarian, meat and sweet options. Arami will welcome Valentine’s Day celebrants for a four course couples’ menu on Saturday, February 14. Offered from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Chef Fred Despres’ prix fixe features: smoked and seared hamachi salad; Valentine’s Day maki; roasted bacon wrapped quail with seared foie gras and king crab; and red velvet cake. Chef Jesse Williams has crafted a three course menu with starter, entree and shared dessert ($35 per guest). Be sure to bring wine, liquor, bubbly or brews, as Birchwood Kitchen is BYOB.
