A Cook County Forest Preserve police officer has resigned, a day ahead of a disciplinary hearing, for apparently standing by as a man harassed a woman for wearing a shirt depicting the flag of Puerto Rico at a forest preserve picnic area. CBS 2's Mike Puccinelli reports.
