32-year-old Michael Yarbrough, according to police, was on his first day back at work stocking baby merchandise at a store in Downers Grove.

He'd been on medical leave with a broken leg.

A female supervisor questioned the job he was doing and, when he responded, she told him to "shut up" according the police report.

According to the report, the man then said, "You're lucky we're on the clock."

"What are you going to do, hit a girl?" she asked.

"Yes," he replied. And Yarbrough then punched her in the head and threw another punch at a male supervisor before walking away.

She fired him on the spot.
