Child Reunited With Parents After Left On CTA Bus

CHICAGO (STMW) - A child found alone on a CTA bus on the South Side was reunited with family members Wednesday evening.

The agency initially received a report of a child left alone on a southbound No. 29 State Street bus and notified its operators to be on the look out for the child, CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski said.

The child was reunited with its parents about 30 minutes after the report at 6 p.m. at the 95th terminal near the Dan Ryan Expressway, Hosinski said, citing preliminary information.

Hosinski did not know the child's age or gender.

Police could not provide information on the incident Wednesday night.
