Woman Sexually Assaulted Near Oswego
OSWEGO, Ill. (STMW) -- Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman Tuesday night in her apartment near west suburban Oswego.
The assault happened about 11:35 p.m. in an apartment in the 0-2000 block of Light Road, Kendall County Sheriff's Deputy Craig French said.
The 28-year-old victim called police to report the assault, which was committed by someone she knew, French said.
The man was not in custody as of late Thursday morning and the assault remains under investigation.
