The Tavern on Rush is putting up its decorations. People are buying tickets for the annual bash at the Hyatt Regency. Navy Pier is putting on two fireworks shows, at 8:15 p.m. at midnight.
So what are you doing? If your answer is something like sitting at home by yourself under a ratty blanket, drinking a glass of prune juice, watching reruns of "Welcome Back Kotter" and calling your aunt Betty to complain about how all your stupid friends ditched you, why not get on the ball and think of some plans?
