Allegations of abuse? How irresponsible of you to report such a thing. This family’s grief and devastation over the loss of their little boy is Incomprehensible. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to make a story out of a family’s loss. Maybe you should educate yourself and do a little research on SIDS before you start spewing false information. DCFS may be doing their routine investigation, but its hard to believe there are any “allegations of abuse”. I’m outraged. Get your facts straight.

You have a serious responsibility to recant this entire piece and post the truth once the “investigation” is closed. Clear the names of the beautiful people that you have so carelessly dragged through the mud. As the previous poster said, you should be ASHAMED that you tried to make a story out of this poor family’s grief. The world around them surely reads this and that is the last thing they need while trying, somehow, to get past this. .

This article is disgraceful and libellous. It is the reporting of an untruth to simply claim an infants autopsy is inconclusive without giving a background on SIDS. The writer and editor is clearly attempting to hint at something that is untrue. Please remove this story immediately and issue an apology to the family.
