Perfect example as to why this sick people need to spend more time in jail! Five years is a joke especially considering it is the THIRD TIME he does something like this. Why do people not understand this is a psychological issue that can not and will not ever go away 100%. People like this destroy lives and they get nothing but a few years in prision and a few rules once they come out. And most of these rules and regulations aren’t known to the fullest.
