After Three Days In Minors, Leddy Called Back To Blackhawks
Chicago Blackhawks' defenseman Nick Leddy is getting pretty good at making the trip between Chicago and Rockford.
After being sent to Rockford on Monday, Leddy has returned to the Blackhawks just three days later.
Because of Leddy's two-way contract, he was sent down to the minors to help the Blackhawks save money under the NHL's Salary Cap.
Leddy practiced with the Blackhawks on Thursday morning and is expected to be in the lineup on Saturday when the Blackhawks travel to Detroit to play the Red Wings.
