3 Hurt In Congress Parkway Crash
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Three people were injured early Thursday morning in a crash involving three cars downtown.
The crash at 100 W. Congress Pkwy. happened just after 1 a.m., police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said.
One vehicle apparently hit two others that were stopped at a light, Alfaro said. One vehicle from the crash also plowed into a flower planter, according to police.
Three men were taken to area hospitals from the crash, with two sent to Stroger Hospital of Cook County and a third person sent to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Alfaro said.
All three suffered non-life-threatening injuries and are listed in good condition early Thursday, Alfaro said.
