Man, Woman Shot In Uptown Robbery
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two people were shot in the lower section of the Uptown neighborhood early Friday.
As CBS 2's Susanna Song reports, police say the man and woman were sitting in their car in the 4100 block of North Kenmore Avenue around 3:45 a.m., when a man with a gun walked up and attempted to rob them.
The man, in his 30s, was shot in the abdomen, police said. The woman, in her 20s, was shot in the shoulder and abdomen.

Both were taken in serious condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, police said.
The shooting happened on a high-density residential block in the Buena Park section of Uptown, just to the east of the CTA Red Line and Graceland Cemetery. The Sheridan Red Line stop is also located about two blocks south.
As of 5 a.m. Friday, no one was in custody.
