(CBS) White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko left Sunday’s game against the Red Sox after getting hit by a pitch in the fourth inning.

With Adam Dunn already in the lineup as the designated hitter, Brent Lillibridge took over at first base for Konerko, marking the first time in his major league career that he played first base.
