(WSCR) The much-talked about fines from the fight between Matthew Stafford and D.J. Moore in Sunday’s Bears-Lions game have finally been handed out.
Moore was fined $15,000, while Stafford received a $7,500 bill.
It started in the fourth quarter when Stafford’s pass was intercepted by Tim Jennings. As Jennings returned the interception, Stafford threw Moore to the ground by his face mask. After the play, Moore charged after Stafford, igniting a fight between both teams, ultimately leading to Moore’s ejection.
Meanwhile, the NFL will not fine Lance Briggs for his hit on Calvin Johnson that resulted in a 15-yard penalty or Ndamukong Suh for ripping Jay Cutler’s helmet off.
