CHICAGO (STMW) — Police are seeking a man who robbed and attempted to sexually assault two women in the Marquette Park neighborhood in November.

A 72-year-old woman was attacked in the 3100 block of West 59th Street at 8:20 a.m. Nov. 3, police News Affairs Officer Darryl Baety said.

The second victim, an 18-year-old woman, was attacked at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 26 in the 6500 block of South Talman Avenue, Baety said.

The suspect demanded sexual acts from both women during the robberies, according to a community alert issued by Wentworth Area detectives.

The suspect is described as an African-American man with a dark complexion, 19 to 20 years old, 5-feet-8 and 155 pounds, the alert said.

Anyone with information should call Wentworth Area detectives at (312) 747-8382.
