CHICAGO (STMW) — Four people were critically injured in a crash early Sunday on the Dan Ryan Expressway.
The crash happened on the northbound Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94) at 76th Street at 1:04 a.m., according to an Illinois State Police District Chicago sergeant. One vehicle rolled over onto the embankment.
Four people were critically injured in the crash, according to Fire Media Affairs.
Two were taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, two were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to Fire Media Affairs.
The driver of the vehicle is expected to be charged with driving under the influence, according to an ISP District Chicago trooper.
