CHICAGO (CBS) — One person was hospitalized early Tuesday after a crash on the Kennedy Expressway.
The crash happened around 4 a.m. neat the Diversey Avenue exit on the outbound Kennedy, Illinois State Police said.
Authorities are not yet sure how the crash occurred or how many vehicles were involved.
One person was transported to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Illinois State Police Trooper Ivan Bukaczyk said.
He didn’t know the person’s condition, but said there were no serious injuries in the wreck.
One vehicle involved in the crash was towed from the scene, state police said.
