CHICAGO (CBS) — A CTA bus was left with a substantial dent early Friday near the Kennedy Expressway in the Far Northwest Side’s Norwood Park neighborhood.

As CBS 2’s Kris Habermehl reports, the accident happened before 6 a.m. at Harlem and Higgins avenues.

A van hit a Chicago Transit Authority bus and left it with a front-end dent.

The van was towed off to the curbline by city Traffic Management.

No one was hurt in the accident, but it caused traffic problems for sometime afterward.

Thank goodness this happened on the NW side. If this were in the hood, there would be 40 people claiming injuries while only 8 would have been on the bus.
