(WSCR) The attorney for former Bulls star Dennis Rodman says his client is “extremely sick,” “broke” and is in no position to pay hefty child and spousal support payments.

According to a report, the Hall of Famer is behind on his payments and faces a court hearing Tuesday in Orange, Calif. Rodman could face up to 20 days in jail for failure to pay spousal and child support.

As of March 1, Rodman, 51, owed $808,935 in back child support for the 9- and 10-year-old children that he had with his third wife, Michelle Rodman.

Rodman also owed $51,441 through March 1 in back spousal support.

Oh yea, he is definitely sick of paying those child support payments. Attach his NBA pension and put a lien on his home. Better he live in a trailer than his kids be on public aid.

Ridiculous. Having come up with a deadbeat father I can still see no situation that would warrant an 8 and 10 yo to need nearly a million dollars.

He should pay his due, but 800k seems like it’s excessive and not for the kids at all.
