BEVERLY SHORES, Ind. (CBS) — A body has found on the beach along the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, and police are investigating to find out who it is.
The National Park Service said the body was found along the lake near the 600 block of Lake Front Drive in Beverly Shores, Ind. The agency did not specify when the body was found.
National Park Service rangers are working with police from the Portage and Beverly Shores, Ind. on the investigation.
No additional details were available Wednesday morning.
