(WSCR) According to a report, Magic center Dwight Howard called team owner Rich DeVos during Friday’s games to say that he won’t play for coach Stan Van Gundy anymore.

Reports indicate Howard was angered that Van Gundy publicly divulged the superstar center asked management to have him fired.

Howard is currently sidelined with a back injury. After agreeing not to opt out of his current contract, Howard is under contract through the 2012-13 season.
