Chef Curtis Duffy is a veteran of the legendary Alinea, and of Avenues at the Peninsula Hotel.
Now, he’s set to open a new restaurant, Grace, on Randolph Street, and CBS 2’s Vince Gerasole got a preview of the fare at Grace.
Duffy prepared Triple Seared Beef Ribeye with Lettuce Marmalade, Black Quinoa and Nasturtium – in Vince’s very own kitchen.
