Looking to take your exercise outside this summer? How about a workout at Millennium Park?
The workouts are free, for all levels of experience and you’ll have thousands of people to keep you motivated.
They are held on Saturday mornings through Sept. 1 on the Great Lawn in Millennium Park. Each workout is 45 minutes long with classes in Tai Chi at 7 a.m., Yoga at 8 a.m., Pilates at 9 a.m. and Zumba, described as a “Latin-inspired calorie-burning dance fitness party,” starting at 10 a.m.
