(WSCR) As NCAA president Mark Emmert read the list of sanctions to be imposed upon Penn State, the campus in Happy Valley reacted to the stark news that their football program would be decimated in the coming years.
Wins will be vacated, millions of dollars will be paid in retribution and bowl games will take a back seat as Penn State looks to recover from the egregious acts committed.
