(WSCR) One day after leaving the Cubs broadcast booth, Bob Brenly was named the TV analyst for the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Arizona has paired ESPN’s Steve Berthiaume as the play-by-play man.

Brenly managed the Diamondbacks from 2001-2004, winning a World Series with the club in 2001.

Brenly replaces former Cubs first baseman Mark Grace in the booth, who did not return after a late-season arrest for DUI.
