Jackaretto Bon Bons

Ingredients: (makes about 24 one-inch balls)
6-oz. pkg. Chocolate Chips
3 tablespoons Corn Syrup
¼ cup fine Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Gentleman Jack
2 teaspoons Instant Coffee Powder
1 teaspoon boiling water
1 tablespoon almond-flavored liqueur
½ cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup (approx. 24 cookies) crushed Almond-Flavored or Shortbread Cookies
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1. Combine chocolate, corn syrup, sugar, instant coffee, and water in top of a double boiler. Heat over barely simmering water just until chocolate is melted; remove from heat.
2. Stir Gentleman Jack, almond liqueur, cookie crumbs and walnuts into chocolate mixture; cool; chill.
3. Shape chocolate into 1-inch balls and roll in cocoa. Keep in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
