LOCKPORT (STMW) — A 16-year-old girl died on Saturday following a traffic crash in southwest suburban Lockport.
Jacalyn Rudd of Homer Glen was pronounced dead at 4:55 p.m. on Saturday at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, according to the Will County Coroner’s office.
She was the driver of a vehicle that was involved in a traffic crash at the intersection of Division Street and Cedar Road in Lockport, according to the coroner’s office.
Lockport police are investigating the crash. An autopsy will be held on Monday.
