PALATINE (CBS) — Three children sustained minor injuries Tuesday afternoon when a pickup truck struck a school bus.
The accident, at North Frontage Road and Bayside Drive, involved a pickup truck and a District 15 school bus with 25 children, police said.
Three children were sent to hospitals with minor injuries. The driver of the pickup truck was hospitalized from evaulation.
The bus driver was not hurt.
The remaining uninjured children were released to School District 15 officials.
