(WSCR) Facing one of the NFL’s worst offensive lines, Bears defensive end Julius Peppers had his way against the Cardinals in the Bears win on Sunday.

Peppers had three sacks, a forced fumble, a pass defensed and two hurries, earning the Defensive Player of the Week award for the NFC.

This weekly honor comes one day after Peppers was named to his eighth career Pro Bowl.

On the season, the defensive end has 11.5 sacks and one forced fumble in 15 starts.
