CHICAGO (CBS) — Cook County has a new first couple–the first couple to say “I do” in 2013.
Stephen Pyo and Angela Marie McKinney were first to get their marriage license on Thursday morning
Then they tied the knot, with Cook County Clerk David Orr officiating.
Orr has been doing the honors for “first couples” since the early 1990s.
The newlyweds got tickets to the Chicago Theatre and other gifts donated from businesses and attractions around the city.
