Listen: Voicemails To Manti Te'o From Tuiasosopo/Kekua Have Been Released
(CBS) - The Manti Te'o girlfriend hoax story just took a turn down a very weird road.
In anticipation of Katie Couric's interview with Te'o, her show released three voicemails left on Teo's phone that were believed to be from Lennay Kekua - the girlfriend who never actually existed. The voicemails were taken down minutes after being published.
Today, however, the New York Daily News reported that the hoax mastermind Ronaiah Tuiasosopo - using a falsetto voice - was the person behind the phone calls.

The third voicemail is reportedly right before one of Kekua's fictitious chemotherapy sessions.
