CHICAGO (CBS) — The most popular stage production in Chicago history is coming back this fall.
From June 2005 through January 2009, Broadway in Chicago’s “Wicked” broke box office records, with over 1,500 performances and grossing more than $200 million.
Now the musical about what happened before Dorothy dropped in on Oz is coming back for a limited run later this year.
The production will run from Oct. 30 through Dec. 21 at the Oriental Theater.
Tickets are now available for groups of 15 or more by calling Broadway In Chicago Group Sales at (312) 977-1710. Individual tickets will go on-sale at a later date.
