Police: Woman Kidnapped After Leaving Restaurant In SW Suburbs

CRESTWOOD, Ill. (CBS) -- Three suspects are wanted for abducting a 69 year-old and terrorizing her.

Police say the men grabbed the woman shortly after she left a fast food restaurant in the southwest suburbs.

In a surveillance video of the three suspects, the first has long dreds or braids, wearing a dark jacket or sweater, the second guy follows him wearing shorter dreds or twists and a white shirt.

And the third, has even shorter hair and a white hoodie.

Police think the guys targeted their victim while she was eating dinner with friends at a Wendy's. When she went home, they met her in the driveway and forced her out of her car at gunpoint.

"As he got to the car he displayed a handgun and told the woman to get out of the vehicle and escorted her over to another vehicle that was parked nearby," said Deputy Chief Kenneth Kaupas of the Will County Sherriff's office. "They tried to get money out of her bank account at various banks in the area. They were successful in getting some money out of one particular bank."

Police say the suspects drove the victim around in a car before letting her go in Country Club Hills
The woman is ok. Anyone with information is asked to call will county investigators at 815-727-8574.

CBS 2 has been told the suspects were so polite, they told her where they'd left her car.
