Bo Jackson To Throw Out First Pitch At White Sox Season Opener
(CBS) Bo Jackson is making a brief return to the South Side.
The White Sox announced on Tuesday that Jackson will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the White Sox season opener against the Royals on Monday, April 1.
Jackson, who was recently named the "Greatest Athlete of All Time" by ESPN's Sports Science, played for the White Sox from 1991-93.
During his two seasons with the White Sox, Jackson, a two-sport professional athlete, hit 19 home runs and 59 RBIs.
