CHICAGO (CBS) — A man died early Tuesday when he suffered an apparent heart attack and crashed into a median barrier on the Kennedy Expy.

The 68-year-old man veered his black Lincoln Town Car into the barrier about 4 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) near Montrose Avenue, state police said.

The man suffered from an apparent heart attack or “medical emergency,” police said.
