Suit: Coffee Vending Machine Had Roaches In Cups
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Three plaintiffs are suing a suburban college over a disgusting extra they say they got in their coffee.
The three say when they bought coffee from a vending machine at Joliet Junior College last summer, they found roaches in their cups.
One of the plaintiffs was a student at the time, the two others were employees.
The Joliet Herald reports they're suing Hometown Suburban Vending of Oak Lawn, asking for $50,000 each.
The company so far hasn't commented.
The lawsuit goes before a Will County judge in July.
