Woman Charged With Stealing FedEx Packages Off Porches
RIVERSIDE, Ill. (STMW) -- A woman in west suburban Riverside has been charged with theft after allegedly stealing packages from people's front porches, police said.
Karen Stryjewski, 57, was arrested Friday after Riverside police received a call about a theft in progress in the 3700 block of Haas Avenue.
When officers arrived, witnesses told them Stryjewski had taken a package from a front porch and hidden it nearby.
