CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man who disappeared from a North Side rehabilitation center on Thursday has been located.
Thomas O'Neill, who suffered a brain injury a year ago, reportedly walked out of the center on North Clybourn on Thursday afternoon and hasn't been seen since.
Authorities say O'Neill, 23, has memory and speech impairments.
He usually appears expressionless and does not communicate well with strangers.
He's described as white, 5-foot, 7-inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He has a full reddish beard and wire-rim glasses.
