The head was sent to Gate K at Wrigley Field last Wednesday.
The Sun-Times reports the body of a decapitated goat was found on Monday at the edge of Boundary Golf Course on the Northwest Side.
A golfer spotted the remains and now police are investigating.
The goat symbolizes the legendary Cubs' curse.
The Cook County Forest Preserve says two other dead goats had been found on the Northwest Side within the past year, but this is the first one to be missing a head.
