Motorist Dies After Aurora Crash

AURORA, Ill. (STMW) -- A motorist is dead after being ejected from a vehicle that left the roadway and flipped over early Saturday in west suburban Aurora.

Andrew Kusper was driving a 2002 BMW sedan west on 75th Street at 3:45 a.m. when he missed a curve at Ogden Avenue (Route 34) and left the roadway, Aurora police said.

The BMW flipped over and Kusper was ejected, Aurora police said.

Kusper, 25, of the 4200 block of Home Avenue in Stickney, was pronounced dead at 7:06 a.m. at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, police said.

Kusper was the only occupant in the vehicle, Aurora police said.

The vehicle may have been traveling at a high rate of speed, Aurora police said. Alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.

Aurora police are investigating the crash.
