Man Passed Out Drunk With 1-Year-Old
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man attending the Taste of Chicago was so drunk he passed out and then tried to punch a police officer when the officer woke him.
Joshua C. Hinton was found in the 300 block of East Congress Parkway was with is 1-year-old daughter.
He is now charged with battery and child neglect.
Meanwhile, crews spent the night cleaning up from the five-day food fest.
The city says attendance--1.5 million people--was higher than last year's 1.2 million.
