Derrick Rose Says He's The Best Player In The NBA

(CBS) Move over LeBron James, Derrick Rose is coming back.

In an interview with CNN, Rose was asked a series of quick-hitting questions about life and basketball.

One of those questions was: Best player in the league right now? To which the straight-faced point guard responded, "Derrick Rose."

"Yeah?" the interviewer asked with a chuckle.

"Yeah," Rose said, without even pretending he was trying to be funny.

But when asked who is the toughest to defend in the NBA, Rose gave that honor to James.
