Man Critically Wounded In South Side Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was critically wounded in an Englewood neighborhood shooting Saturday afternoon on the South Side.
The 19-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body about 2:55 p.m. in the 7400 block of South Morgan Street, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
He was on a bike when two male suspects dressed in black approached and fired handguns, striking the man several times, Zala said.
He was taken in critical condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Zala said.
No one was in custody as Area Central detectives investigated.
