Woman Badly Beaten, Sexually Assaulted In Lawndale
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Police are seeking a suspect who beat and sexually assaulted a woman found near a railroad track Saturday in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood.
The 28-year-old woman was found badly beaten on her face and body near the track in the 3300 block of South Central Park Avenue about 11:45 p.m., according to a community alert from Area Central detectives.
The suspect is described as a tall, white Hispanic with a slim build and no facial hair, the alert said.
