Cocktail Recipes:

Pomegranate Bliss (APPROXIMATELY 160 CALORIES)
2 oz. Brugal Extra Dry
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Agave Nectar
4 Basil Leaves
3 tbsp Pomegranate Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and serve.

Frangelico Tuscan Mule (APPROXIMATELY 140 CALORIES)
1 ounce Frangelico
4 ounces ginger ale

Build over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Spiced Hot Chocolate (APROXIMATELY 175 CALORIES PER SERVING / 6 servings with recipe below)
4 cups skim milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 disc (3.1 ounces) Mexican chocolate *Find Mexican chocolate in Hispanic and gourmet grocery stores
2 ounces Frangelico
2 ounces Espolon Blanco tequila
Chipotle powder or chili powder
Cinnamon, for garnish

Place milk, cinnamon stick, and chocolate in a Crock-pot. Warm on low heat for about 30 minutes, watching so it doesn’t get too frothy. Whisk to ensure everything is blended and use immediately. Combine Frangelico and tequila, and divide among 6 mugs. Add 1 pinch chipotle or chili powder to each to taste. Divide hot chocolate among mugs, and garnish with cinnamon and additional chipotle or chili powder.

Frangelico Iced Chocolate Cake (APPROXIMATELY 160 CALORIES)
1 ounce Frangelico
1 ounce SKYY Infusions citrus

Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass, fill with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.
