(CBS) The Bulls offered you entertainment and remarkable effort again last night. They didn’t look like the team on a back-to-back, absolutely pounding an often explosive Golden State Warriors team. We’ll touch on the merits of a season like this one, even with the ceiling below the the best teams in the league.

Here’s a look at what else is on tap Thursday …

— Our guy Boomer Esiason joins us in the first half hour, and we’ll see if Mac lets me get a football question or two in. Boomer is a huge Rangers fan, and the Blackhawks return to action tonight in New York is our excuse for a conversation.

— How do they make and maintain perfect NHL ice in all these outdoor stadia?  WE HAVE AN ICE GUY.  The ice guy, actually … the NHL’s outdoor ice guru joins us at 11:40.

— We check in with Bruce Levine from spring training in Arizona, as both the Cubs and Sox start playing “games” in earnest today.

— And, since it’s been much discussed in recent days, we do a  Led Zeppelin song draft at 10:40 a.m. How early will I take the Rain Song?  Will there be a run on Zep II tracks at some point?

Come hang out.
